Warranty Enforcer is a consumer research and analysis service operated by Country Innovation & Supply. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email warrantyenforcer@gmail.com.

• Account details: your email address, name, phone, and mailing address if you provide them.
• Documents you upload: warranty contracts, service agreements, maintenance plans, and repair quotes, including any photos or PDFs.
• Analysis results: the coverage summaries, savings estimates, and response scripts we generate for you.
• Usage data: basic analytics such as pages visited and device type, collected through Google Analytics.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

• To read your documents and produce coverage analysis for you.
• To keep your account, saved assets, warranties, and past analyses available when you sign in.
• To send you service messages such as coverage expiration reminders, if you opt in.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To improve accuracy and reliability of the service.

Your uploaded documents and quotes are processed by automated language models to extract coverage terms and compare them against the work you were quoted. Content you upload is used to answer your request. We do not sell your documents, and we do not publish them.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that make the product work: our cloud hosting and database provider, our software engine processing provider, Stripe for payments, and analytics. Each acts on our instructions. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or a person's safety.

We keep your account data and documents while your account is active. You can delete individual assets, warranties, and analyses at any time from inside the app. To delete your entire account and all associated documents, email warrantyenforcer@gmail.com and we will process the request promptly.

Documents are stored in access-controlled storage, and database rules restrict every record to the account that created it. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid uploading documents containing information you do not want stored, such as full social security numbers.

• Turn expiration reminder emails on or off in Settings.
• Request a copy of your data, or its deletion, by email.
• Use browser controls to block analytics cookies.

Warranty Enforcer is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
