Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Warranty Enforcer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Warranty Enforcer is operated by Country Innovation & Supply.

Warranty Enforcer reads the warranty, service contract, or maintenance plan you upload, compares it against a repair quote, and produces a plain-English summary of what appears to be covered, plus a script you can use when talking to a shop or dealer.

We are not a law firm, an insurer, an administrator, or a warranty seller. Nothing in the app is legal advice or a promise of payment. Our analysis is informational and can be incomplete or wrong, including when a document is unclear, partially uploaded, or hard to read. The only binding source of coverage is your actual contract and the administrator that issued it. Always confirm coverage with your provider before authorizing or declining repair work.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of what you upload. Do not upload documents you do not have the right to share.

• First warranty: $39.99 per year.
• Each additional warranty: $19.99 per year.
• Subscriptions renew annually until you cancel. Cancel anytime from Settings.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Charges appear on your statement under Country Innovation & Supply.
• Promotional codes, where offered, may waive fees at our discretion and can be withdrawn for future terms.

• Do not resell, scrape, or bulk-export our analysis output.
• Do not upload malware, or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not use the service to harass a shop, dealer, or administrator.

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it so we can deliver the analysis you requested and support your account. See the Privacy Policy for details.

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and features may change over time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warranty Enforcer and Country Innovation & Supply are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end an account that violates these terms or creates risk for other users.
